Delivery
For local (Hong Kong) customers, commercial area delivery service or customers pickup parcel from SF Express pickup stations will be arranged within 3-5 working days after order confirmation and subject to stocks availability.

Return & Exchange Policy
Bolego accepts return of any unused Bolego items within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise(s).
An one time exchange or refund will be accepted under the following conditions
• Wrong Merchandise(s) (Different style, color, or size from what you are ordering)
• Defective & Demange Merchandise(s) (Any defects caused by manufacturer)
Any return merchandise(s) with marks of costmetic, frangrance or smell will not be accepted. Merchandise(s) must be returned with original packing, hangtags and receipt.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charge of return merchandise(s). Collect shipment will not be accepted.
貨品退換條款
所有退換貨品必須於收貨後七日內通知及退回美羅針織廠(香港)有限公司 (已被使用之貨品,將不被接受退換)
本公司只在以下情況, 接受客人退換貨品. (每份訂單只接受退換一次)
•錯誤貨品 (客人所收到的貨品與訂單不符)
•問題貨品 (貨品上有由生產商所造成之污垢或損壞)
任何退回之貨品,如有化裝品,香水污或嗅味. 將不被接受退換.
所有退回貨品需付有原本掛咭及包裝袋一起寄回美羅針織廠(香港)有限公司
所有退換貨品之郵遞費用需由客人支付, 本公司將不接受任何到付要求
